That’s right folks, we are excited to announce that the 2021 Gold Coast Music Awards will be held on Saturday 4 September as part of the Gold Coast’s exciting new festival experience SPRINGTIME and we are moving to a new venue home at HOTA, Home of the Arts.

Spanning across the first weekend of Spring from 3-5 September, SPRINGTIME is bringing a fresh, contemporary festival experience with free outdoor stages to the GC and the awards will be part of the action. With the ticketed awards ceremony taking place at HOTA from midday on Saturday 4 September, as well as being live streamed for those who cannot attend.

The Gold Coast Music Awards will feature showcase performances from some of the Gold Coast’s best and brightest musical talent as well as the announcement of the 2021 award winners, smack bang in the middle of a weekend full of live music.

As well as the awards, the first line-up announcement from SPRINGTIME includes an exciting mix of national and local big names, including; Ball Park Music, Psychedelic Porn Crumpets, Ali Barter, Hermitude, Sneaky Sound System, JK – 47, Ruel, May, Sycco, Budjerah, Radolescent, Daste, Lily Paps, Peach Fur, Ivey, Pure Milk, DVNA, Saint Lane, Chutney, Sh#t Shirt Disco, Veople and heaps more.
